Window Install

So this is a video of a typical window installation. I started leading this crew in fall of 2023 and the task was handed off to a team member after approximately 50% of the building had been installed.

There are many tasks that precede what you're seeing in the video however in the interest of shedding some light on what's going on here;

1. The rough opening has been prepped
2. The 2x6 jig under the window has been modified to allow for window's bottom flange to drop in behind
3. The 2x6 is set in place with an industrial laser and receiver to ensure a misalignment tolerance of less than an 1/8"
4. Telehandler is used to lift the window in to place
5. Team members move in with the EWP to check vertical alignment with string-lines
6. Team members secure window
