The list continues beyond just this but what I'm also very proud of the fact that I came away from this job with plenty of new friendships, no complaints about me or my leadership style and people requesting to be added to my next team. With that said, I do recognize that my team members were knowledgeable, driven and easy to get along with. I recommended several of my original guys for advancement and several of them also became successful team leaders.
